Colorado Regional Meeting will continue its policy of asking participants to pay as they are led for their registration, accommodation, and meals. We hope to remove any financial barriers to attendance. If you can pay extra to help others, please do. If you can pay only part of your expenses, please do.
Registration fees:
Adult (18+) $50*
Saturday only $30 for adults, free for children (dining hall meals available for purchase)
Online $20 (we will contact you with more information)
*To reserve a room, each person 18 and over must pay a nonrefundable registration fee of $50 at the time of registration. We have hard costs to pay the YMCA for all rooms. If this is a burden, please contact Molly Wingate or Paula VanDusen (info below).
Please note that children 13 and under are free. Children 14 -17 pay for meals only. Everyone 18 and over is considered an adult. Our meals will be breakfast, lunch and dinner on Saturday and breakfast on Sunday.
1 adult in a single room and 4 meals = $312.50
2 adults in a single room and 4 meals = $192.50 each adult
3 adults in a single room and 4 meals = $152.00 each adult
4 adults in a single room and 4 meals = $132.00 each adult
Youth 14-18, 4 meals only = $72.00 each youth
Halloween special:
2 adults with kids 13 and under in a single room and 3 meals = $120.00 per adult
Youth 14-18, 3 meals only = $56.00 each youth
